Material handling capacity is generally between <1Ton and 50Ton. Micronized powder material is carried in the pipe at high speed and above the splash speed. Material speed is 15-40m/sec. on average at the end of the feed and line. In this conveying, the flow is homogeneous and the material is constantly suspended. Due to the high speed, it is generally used for non-abrasive materials. Negative pressure Blower (-0.5...0Bar) is used as conveying air. These products are used to transport low density plastics and grains as well as other granular powder materials with negative pressure. The system consists of a product hopper and a high capacity rotary valve at the bottom, a stock tank to be transferred, a vacuum separator filter on the tank that separates the air from the product and powder transport line pipes.  The system safely transports a wide variety of materials including cement, lime, soda, coal, ash, grain, food and sawdust over long distances and with high capacity.
