As a FTA Industrial, manufactures a complete series of air blasting systems to remove all kinds of dust adhering to the inner walls and bottom of silos. These units are used more efficiently than "fluidization" and "vibration" systems, especially for sticky dusts.

 

Air tubes are designed according to the dimensions of the silo. Jet valves in the tube open quickly and immediately discharge the air inside the tank where they are installed into the silo. It hits the material that is fixed in place with a strong compressed air pulse. It spreads very strong air and vibration to all parts of the product, causing the dust to be discharged without straining the structure of the silos.

 

• The anchorage brackets must always be fixed before supplying the tank with compressed air.
• Before dismantling the tank from it's structure, shut off the supply of compressed air and ensure air accumulator has been emp ed.
• Supply with compressed air filtered, oil free and with a maximum opera ng pressure of 0.5bar-7,5 bar.
