The system prevents the accumulation of dust and granular materials in raw material silos or feed bins, reducing the material load and facilitating smooth product discharge. The units are installed at the base of the silo. A flexible and rigid rubber silicone gasket is situated between the silo and the Bin Activator. The gasket ensures that vibrations in the Bin Activator unit do not affect the silo. The internal bump on the bin activator prevents the silo material load from reaching the lower warehouse. The material is regularly poured. 

 

The body and bolting structure have been designed to withstand vibration. The spring and tire structure is distributed homogeneously in accordance with the load, ensuring optimal distribution and support. The connection to the silo is flanged, and the outlet mouth is produced as flanged or open mouth, according to the customer's requirements.
