These odorous gases are typically present in wastewater treatment plants, facilities manufacturing plant or animal products, and chemical processing plants in industries such as paint, cosmetics, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and mining. HOW IT WORK :
The Chemical Scrubber unit contains a substantial quantity of specialized surface-enhancing plastic packing. The plastic packing are employed to capture and absorb odorous gases within the unit. In addition to the purified water, a variety of Chemical additives are introduced into the unit. The water in the unit is then dosed with the appropriate chemical solution. The chemical solution is continuously circulated in the unit with a pump. This process ensures that the plastic packing are continuously washed with the chemical solution. Once these conditions have been met, the odorous gases in the plant are absorbed from the surrounding environment and transported to the chemical scrubber unit. As the odorous gases pass through the scrubber tower, they come into contact with the fillings inside.
The odor molecules in the odorous gas react with the chemical solution as a result of this impact process. This reaction results in the destruction of the odorous gas within the tower. As the chemical reaction continues, the chemical solution is continuously added to the unit Periodically, waste liquids accumulated in the tank are discharged or disposed of.
