In some processes in industrial plants, dust and harmful and irritating odorous components appear. The odor of these scented components is determined by the measurement result and the scented gases are filtered. These scents are present in flammable and flammable ones as well as those with toxic and toxic gases.

It is possible to measure these harmful odors online at local points and provide security by giving warning to the personnel within the facility. These sensors are used for safety purposes such as gas detectors and are used to determine the amount of odorous gas passing through the chimneys and suction points of filtration systems. In general, the amount of odorous gas passing through the filter unit is inserted into the inlet pipeline and the efficiency of the filter is determined by the measurement result taken from the filter outlet.

 

 

This type of online odor measurement sensors are optionally available on the inputs and outputs of the Odor Removal Systems. These sensors give results in ppm or mgr / m3 format. Available with or without display. It outputs directly to the PLC unit. In general, odorous gases such as H2S, NH3 are measured. It is also measured in many odorous gases such as VOC odors.  Multiple odor measurement systems can be installed for a process with one or more odorous components. Operational and personnel safety is ensured in the best way by using these measurement systems to the lines where the odorous gas passes and to some important points within the plant.
