Jet Venturi is a product that employs the ejector principle. These products are designed for the safe and efficient transportation of granular and micronized powders using positive or negative pressure air. The Jet Venturi ejector unit is comprised of three main components: the body, the venturi, and the diffuser. The air inlet section of the body features a bespoke adjustable diffuser, while the outlet section incorporates a unique jet venturi. These components are designed specifically for the process in question. Our products are available in a range of sizes, from DN25mm to DN500mm. The Jet Venturi Ejector enters through the pressurized diffuser and converts the pressure energy into a vacuum jet as it passes rapidly through the special jet venturi. Consequently, the lowpressure air in front of the jet draws the micronized dust in the body into the vacuum and propels it rapidly towards the jet venturi. Following the Venturi, pressure drops but velocity and pressure increase. The objective is to transform the pressure energy of the fluid into a vacuum jet.
