This product is designed to prevent the accumulation and blockage of materials in pneumatic conveying lines. These valves are used for regular product transfer. Their most significant benefit is the reduction of conveying pressure, which ensures a smooth and low-pressure material transfer. The material does not accumulate in the conveying line at the end of each delivery, preventing a pressure increase in the line during product transfer. The air regulator ensures that the air entering the line is distributed evenly throughout the entire conveying line.The connection section is attached to the line at a 1/2" thread. These products are manufactured from carbon steel as standard, with the option of stainless steel materials (SS304 or SS316). Air regulators are manufactured from polycarbonate material. The regulator allows for precise adjustment of the air flow. These units can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical position on the transmission line.

The injection valves are designed to deliver air into the line at varying flow rates, depending on their position within the line. To adjust the air flow rate, please refer to the air regulators at each product inlet, which are highly sensitive. Once the regulators are connected to the compressed air line, the air flow rate will vary in accordance with the position of the injector valve on the line. Consequently, the air injection is distributed evenly at each point along the line. The injection valves are controlled automatically by a PLC control unit. Air injection is performed at regular intervals along the line, with the frequency varying according to the length of the line. In longer lines, the injection is done at variable time intervals with pressure sensor control. Air blowing can be done in long or short intervals or intermittently, according to the material type, with the help of automation.
