Pneumatic Discharge Valve is a special directional valve for distributing the material to more than one receiving point. Unlike other separating valves, these valves are mounted on the silo to be discharged. It has a rectangular body. There is a transition pipe and a resistant deflector plate inside the body. When the transition pipe is in the up position, the deflector plate directs the material towards the silo and ends the flow direction in this way. When the transition pipe is in the down position, the transition pipe inside aligns with the inlet and outlet flanges and ensures the correct flow of the material towards the next valve. There are inflatable seals at both ends of the transition pipe to prevent material leakage and pressure drop. These seals inflate and provide sealing in both positions of the transition pipe. In addition, the position status is verified by sensors. The Discharge Valve is controlled by the PLC panel.
