Dome valves are currently being used in pneumatic transport systems with great success and reliability. The valves offer 100% full passage with the hemisphere in place. The material is designed to remain separated from the disk at all times. The design is intended to enhance comfort during disk rotations and to provide a more secure grip on the gasket. The gasket pressing surface is approximately four to five times larger than that of a standard butterfly valve, with approximately 25mm of surface area pressing the gasket. Once the disk is closed, air pressure is applied to the gasket. The gasket adheres to the hemispherical disk due to the effect of air pressure, thereby providing a seal. The system's design ensures complete sealing by pressing the gasket against the disk effectively. This product can be used as a connection type for all lines.
This product can be manufactured in accordance with ATEX standards. The system includes a pneumatic actuator, an on-off switch box, an air inflation valve, a pressure transmitter, a manometer, all necessary connections, and a control panel. These components allow for the detection of any punctures in the gasket.
