Demineralized water is highly mineralized water. The use of this water is very important for industries such as energy production, semiconductors and pharmaceuticals where there are extremely strict and legal requirements. In such facilities, demineralized water is often exposed to CO2 from the air. This increases the conductivity of demineralized water and gives it a pollutant appearance in the water. Depending on the CO2 concentration in the incoming air, the conductivity can be increased to ~ 0.8-1.5 µS / cm. CO2 Absorber units for demineralized and Condense tanks allow you to maintain the stable pH and low conductivity of demineralized water. It helps to protect processed water by preventing CO2 gas in the air from mixing with water.
CO2 Absorber unit body is manufactured as Carbon steel or Stainless steel. They are connected directly to the water storage tank. In some cases, they can be fixed on the ground by pulling the pipeline. The CO2 absorber unit contains special and color-changing filter minerals for the retention of CO2 gas. These minerals have a color indicator and begin to change color with the capture of CO2 gas. When it is used for the first time, it becomes white and when it has completed its lifetime, its color turns completely blue. In this case, they must be renewed. It is also equipped with pressure and vacuum safety valves, differential pressure and pressure sensors, HEPA filters and transition gratings. Positive and negative gas passage through the unit is seamless. This has been achieved with the safety system.
AREAS OF USE :
FILTER ELEMENTS
The new filter element is white in color first. As its absorption ability disappears, it turns pink. Completely blue loses its absorption ability. It needs to be replaced.
