Dilute Phase Conveying

DILUTE PHASE In order to understand pneumatic transport, it is first necessary to know what Pneumatic Transport is. The principle of operation of pneumatic transport is that the movement is transmitted to the load by a rapid air flow. In other words, it is to add fluency to the free flowing powder or small particle materials by ventilation. Pneumatic conveying is used in many branches of industry. They are used to take the materials from the silos in a controlled manner and send them to other silos in a controlled manner. Dry and free flowing and micronized granular materials are successfully transported by pneumatic system. The most important of these are: cement, coal dust, ash, sawdust, calcite, dolomite, grain, alumina, ash, cotton and bulk sand, and bulk goods in small grains.

The main advantages of pneumatic transport systems carrying materials with compressed air flow are the absence of losses due to the fact that the products are carried by leak-proof pipes. This condition is especially important for dusty materials. Since it is possible to direct the product transport pipe in the desired direction, space economy is provided.

DILUTE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING They are used for the transportation of low density plastic and grain and similar granular powder materials. They are used in two different ways, positive and negative pressure. Negative pressure is often used for very light-density materials. In those with heavy density, positive or negative pressure is used. This transport system includes a product feed tank at the feed point, a product dosing valve at the bottom and a jet venturi to adjust the flow of the material at the bottom. At the transportation point, it usually consists of a storage silo, a jet filter for separating air from the product discharged into the silo, a valve system for sio pressure safety, sensors required for leveling, and transmission line pipes. Positive pressure (max. 1 bar) or -500mbar Blower units are used as transport air. Cement, Lime, Soda, Coal, Ash, cereals, food and sawdust etc. materials are safely transported to a distance of several hundred meters up to 60t / h capacity.

Whether materials are thin, coarse or free-flowing, whether dry, moist, flaky or pelletized, hundreds of different materials are guaranteed and safely transported by pneumatic conveying systems. According to the chemical and physiological structure of the product, the most suitable pneumatic transport method is selected and moved to the desired point. Compressed air needs are calculated according to product type, carrying capacity and particle sizes, and system selection is completed according to the most suitable air consumption.
