Cyclone And Multicyclone

CYCLONES :
In industrial plants, they are used for the separation of the coarse dust particles in the air from the air and the dust particle filters that are coming into the filter as a pre-separator separator before dust collection filters. Cyclones are the most effective solutions to capture, recover or remove large and high volume powders. They use centrifugal force to capture and capture powders. While the cyclones can hold all of the coarse powder particles up to 50 microns, they have difficulty in retaining dust particles below 10 microns. It is necessary to keep these escaping dust with bag filters.

They are generally used for the capture and separation of particles in the air and similar gases containing smoke gases and volatile fumes containing fly ash and soot. Due to the fact that they are completely mechanical according to other high efficiency filter systems, they are suitable for all kinds of dust structure and high temperatures and they are very economical. Cyclones for every capacity, both standard and custom-designed, can be made of carbon, stainless or any alloy steel you need.

MULTICYCLONES :
In industrial plants, they are used for the separation of dust gases such as smoke gases and the coarse dust particles inside the process air and gases. Air holding efficiencies are higher and smaller than the classical cyclone systems. Because they are completely mechanical according to other High Efficiency Filter Systems, they are very economical because they are suitable for all kinds of dust structure and high temperatures.

Multicyclones, Usually used for the dynamic cleaning of dust-laden waste gases such as smoke gases. Dust retention efficiencies are higher and smaller than the conventional vertical cyclones and the amount of parts that can be kept is much thinner and smaller. Smoke gases generated by combustion in solid fuel, especially coal-fired boilers, are highly polluted due to the ash content and combustion efficiency of the fuel. These cyclones, which are used to prevent fly ash and soot contamination, are mechanical multi cyclone type and there are many small cyclones inside.

Multicyclones consist of more than one small cyclones placed in a square or rectangular cross-section. Each cyclone group consists in principle of two interlocking pipes. By the high speed of the cyclone from the inlet of the two pipes between the two axial cyclone gas into the gas, two pipes between the pipes with the help of a helical flow form is given, the density of the particles higher than gas centrifugal force is directed to the inner walls of the inner tube. The particles that lose their inertia due to the sudden change in speed in the cyclone flow through the inner wall of the outer pipe and flow into the lower conical collection bunker. The dust-free flue gas is emitted from the upper part of the cyclone via the inner outlet pipe in the center of the cyclone. In cyclones, the particles deposited by centrifugal effect accumulate in the bunker under the cyclone and from time to time the bunker underneath the bunker is easily removed by opening the lid. The particle sizes that multicyclones can hold are much smaller than conventional cyclones, and their dust retention efficiency is higher. By the use of a multicyclone-type soot, most of the pollutant and health-hazardous particles in the smoke gases are retained (with a yield of 98%) so that the operation and the environment are protected from the harmful effects of smoke gases.
