DUST COLLECTOR VENTURI SCRUBBERS :
They are the most advantageous and ideal systems to keep the gases containing micron and submicron dust particles containing oil vapor or moisture in the plants. In addition, other compounds containing chemical composition and which can be resolved with water also ensure their separation by air. It is the most efficient of wet type washers. Investment and operating costs are one of the lowest systems. Energy consumption is much more advantageous and efficient than dry type systems. It is produced from materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless or CTP / PP according to the process to be used.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES:
The most effective part in holding the dust particles in the unit is the venturi tower. The polluted gas entering the Venturi tower reaches high speed and the dirty gas is washed gradually with intensive water spraying. When the mass of contaminated gas passed through here comes into contact with the liquid, it is held here from all particles and harmful substances. An adjustable special venturi flap is provided for this washing to be effective and efficient. For optimum retention, an ideal restraint is provided here. The harmful substances held here are poured into the pool at high speed in the tower. The wet gas, which separates from its harmful substances and reaches high speed, moves rapidly upwardly in the scrubber tower. As it rises in the tower, it is separated from all liquids. There is only a moist air outlet through the tower. It is allowed to cool in gas at high temperatures.
