PROJECT FLOW CHART

1.) Project Evaluation
FTA INDUSTRY’s design and modeling techniques in the project evaluation stage offer different alternatives for the needs of its customers. They ensure the highest possible quality and the best solution for the most economical investment for the enterprise.
2.) System Offer
According to the technical requirements of its customers, a system proposal is prepared in an alternative and detailed way. In order to ensure timely delivery of products, issues such as project management, quality control and customer responsibilities are outlined in the proposal.
3.) Project Design
FTA INDUSTRIAL’s design team uses state-of-the-art (Autocad – Solidworks) design systems for system and equipment projects. Before the production of equipment starts, the customer reviews and ensures that all major components and subsystems related to the work to be performed are approved.
4.) Production and Testing
Thanks to 20 years of experience and expertise in the sector, FTA INDUSTRIAL has the necessary production capacity and long-lasting product models to provide a quality product. All systems are assembled and tested before shipment, if possible.
5.) Shipping and Logistics
Depending on the situation of the project, as many systems as possible, the system is immediately assembled or disassembled, ready for installation and operation. Disassembled systems are packaged for loading and shipped to the company in this way.
6.) Installation and Commissioning
FTA INDUSTRIAL’s technical experts are available to assist in project installation, system start-up and performance testing. Post-installation operation of the whole system, function tests, commissioning of the system and personnel on-site training are provided.
