STANDARD AND SPECIAL BASED ELBOWS :
In the transfer of products by pneumatic conveying or in high-speed transmission lines, the shipment may be disrupted due to abrasion, perforation and corrosion of the product conveying line. Therefore, basalt coated elbows are used to transport the high abrasive material safely in the conveying line.

Basalt casting is the most durable coating material. They are used with an elbow which is covered with cast basalt and with a very long life compared to normal steel elbows. They are resistant to temperature, humidity and corrosive materials as well as they are resistant to abrasion.

Bazall material is a volcanic material consisting of volcanoes. They can be used in almost every sector. The most prominent feature of the basalt material is its durable and very hard structure. The color is black. -40C ° to +350 ° C. Basalt casting material has 8Moh hardness. It is very close to the diamond hardness (10Moh).

STANDARDS :
1-) It is possible to produce any diameter outside the standard list.
2-) Wall thicknesses for flat basalt pipes and elbows are between 20 and 30 mm.
3-) External diameter of steel pipe is ± 10 mm. Tolerance. Hair thickness is 3 to 5 mm depending on the stresses. may vary.
4-) Flanges of PN 6, PN 16, PN 25, PN 40 standards are possible except standard PN 10 flanges which are listed in non-standard flange sizes.
